Howdy. I thought I'd jump on that bandwagon of "pajamas as daywear" trend that seems to be hitting every runway these days. I'm not complaining though - throwing a slip dress over last night's tee shirt sounds amazing...and just what I did this morning.
Today my first model is wearing the infamous tee-shirt slip dress combo repopularized by the Kardashian-Jenners. While I'm not a fan of Kylie or Kim's way to style it - I'm living for Kendall's.
My doll is wearing a silk pajama top and structured bustier with black jeans, a tied sweater, tan pumps, and a brown and black bag with sunglasses to top it off.
My second model is wearing pajama pants with a paper bag waist with a turtle neck, ankle boots and leather jacket to dress it up. Her snakeskin clutch is a favorite piece of mine from the Jet Set and her sunglasses are starcoin however Royalty only and of course, Dior inspired.

Now, I didn't style any pajama sets but these are two of my favorite reference images should you or I choose to do that. On the left you can see Selena's more dressed up take, with orange peep toes that compliment her lipstick of the same shade. On the right is street style at Emporia Armani ready-to-wear SS15. She's got a more laid-back vibe to her outfit, as the pajamas sling off her body and are less fitted. Her sunglasses call for lazy but still chic vibe and her purse just makes the look. Both of these girls have their hair straight down which can make the look both chic and relaxed at the same time. You can see that Selena's hair looks a little more sleek as on the right her hair looks more natural and casual. Either way both styles are totally different but equally as gorgeous.
